EQUIPMENT RETURN

As the season nears an end, the equipment committee is preparing for equipment turn in following your final game. Please review the following procedures as many of you have gone thru this before.

- Players will return their equipment immediately following your final game. All equipment and game jerseys will need to be turned in. Players will need to bring clothes to change into and will be using the changing rooms.
 
-While the players are changing parents are expected to clean their players helmet, including taking any name tape. Products will be supplied at building to do this. 
 
-Coaches, once your game and BRIEF post game talk is over please instruct your players by number as a team outside the equipment building for further instructions by volunteers. Players will be asked to remove their shoes, jersey and shoulder pads prior to entering building. PLEASE DO THIS PRIOR TO ANY TEAM PARTY OR ACTIVITIES!! Once your team has been sent thru, you then can bring all of your team equipment to the back side of building where you received it. Please have all your personal belongings removed from bags and clear the bag of all grass, trash and other items before your last game.
 
-If you have any players who have dropped, were injured, unable to attend your last game or are holding onto any equipment please return them to the weigh in area this Saturday. Head Coaches are responsible in collecting equipment from their player who have failed to return it to league.
