Volunteer Service Hours

Fox Valley Pop Warner Football, Inc. has not raised its registration fees for a number of years. In addition, FVPW provides each player with the equipment needed to play football.  All of this is possible because of fundraiser and service hour programs run by the league each year.

Volunteer Service Hour Credits

  1. Each participant's family or representative is responsible for a minimum 5 credits per player per season. (Maximum 10 credits per family) Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age
  2. The program does offer a buyout option for those who are not available to volunteer
  3. All buyouts and all volunteer service hours must be scheduled by team photo night (TBD)
  4. The late buyout fee will be assessed to those who do not fulfill their volunteer service hour requirements

Selecting and Tracking Credits:

  1. Volunteer opportunities will be posted on the Pop Warner website and will also be available through the Volunteer Coordinators
  2. Each participant's family is responsible for scheduling their own credits
  3. Credits will be tracked by Volunteer Coordinators
  4. Any issues related to volunteer credits need to be addressed with the Volunteer Coordinators
